This site is informational and commercial in nature. Its content describes our capabilities and approach, but it does not constitute binding professional advice for a specific case, nor a contractual offer, nor a guarantee of results.

3. Service engagements

Each engagement is formalized through a signed service order or proposal defining scope, deliverables, fees and timelines. In case of conflict between these terms and that order, the signed order prevails.

Prices are not published on this site; they are quoted based on the agreed scope.

• Use it for unlawful purposes or in infringement of third-party rights.
• Attempt to compromise the security, access or availability of the site.
• Introduce malware or malicious code.
• Perform automated data extraction (scraping) without written authorization.

5. Intellectual property

The ZENITAR trademark, its symbol, the text, design, structure and code of this site are the property of ZENITAR Global or are used under license. Third-party photographs are used under commercial license from their authors.

Access to the site grants no license over these elements. Their reproduction, distribution or commercial use requires prior written authorization.

In contracted projects, ownership of deliverables is defined in the corresponding service order.

6. Third-party links and platforms

This site may link to third-party sites or platforms, including social networks and messaging services. We do not control their content, availability or policies, and we assume no responsibility for them. Their use is governed by each third party's terms.

7. Form submissions

By submitting a form you represent that the information provided is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. Processing of that data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Please do not include confidential third-party information or sensitive data in free-text fields.

8. Availability and warranties

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it operational and current, but we do not warrant that it will be free of interruptions or errors, or that the information will be complete at all times.

None of the above excludes warranties that applicable law declares non-waivable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZENITAR Global is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use this site.

11. Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits the non-waivable rights you may have as a consumer under Costa Rica's Law No. 7472 or under the consumer protection legislation of your place of residence, including applicable state laws in the United States.

12. Governing law and dispute resolution

For business-to-business relationships, these terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica and disputes will be resolved through arbitration in the city of San José.

For consumers, the law and courts of the consumer's habitual place of residence apply.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Each version is published on this page with its update date; continued use of the site implies acceptance.
